Bro Vedder, perhaps you can elucidate the difference between the limited liability company in Singpore and Indonesia (PT). For sure lots of us have no idea regarding company in Singapore. For instance, maybe the company organ and its authorities, establishment, etc. Or at least the number of the code for our reference (Sorry lho kalo ngerepotin Very Happy).

It's very different. For a start it can be wholly owned (meaning one shareholder should suffice). It's one tier system so No commissioner. Director may be elected by shareholders and, in some cases, retains power to elect himself.
The process to establish a company can be a matter of hours. And there is a centralised system called ACRA. You can find info about company structure and other details in ACRA for as little as 5 dollar.

I think in mostly the companies the right to select the director is given to the shareholder because they are the owner of the company and have a right to select a person that help them to increase their profit.

Maybe anyone could help. Is it possible that a Memorandum and Articles of Association (MOA) of a company based on singapore amended? If it is possible, whether the amendment also covers amendment to composition of director? If not, then the amendment to MOA is only for the stipulation therein? the last, whether ACRA is a legitimate documentation to authenticate the valid composition of director of the company? I appreciate for your help. Thanks.
