bro ane pekerja loperm yang baru masuk kerja gak nyampe sebulan. sorry kalo bego banget nanyanya.

btw to the point aja. terkait Oil and Gas barang kali banyak yg ngerti disini.

ane sempet baca PTK-007-revisi 2 buat baca2. tapi masih belom ngeh ttg pertanyaan sbb:

1. apa yg dimaksud KSO? lingkupnya? dasar hukumnya?
2. KSO harus lelang?
3. BUMD kalo mau KSO boleh penunjukan langsung?
4. Penerima KSO boleh men-subkon KSO-nya dengan perusahaan lain? syaratnya?

thanks yah kalo ada yg bantu ngejawab. berhubung O&G di Indo belom dipelajari selama kuliah, makanya ane bloon banget. thanks.
